However, it is necessary to confront them and regulate the use of these technologies, even as auxiliary tools, to adapt our jurisdiction to the current stage of technological development, for the benefit of justice and therefore of all citizens.

The use of algorithms and artificial intelligence is spreading in the judicial field, especially in the United States and, more slowly, among European countries, for the accomplishment of multiple tasks (compilation and analysis of regulations, jurisprudence and precedents, on-line systems of dispute resolution, predictive systems or tools to help the drafting of legal documents, conversational bots to help the parties, etc.), although its use is not free of risks and challenges.
